I traveled to Detroit, MI April 6-13. People always have so many negative assumptions and connotations when they hear "Detroit". I think every city has things and places that give it character and uniqueness and Detroit is no different. Just a few pics of the places I love in that city...

My Favorite Hobby...

...santa monica beach & 3rd street promenade...

I was able to shop at a few malls yesterday, but my favorite outside shopping center is the 3rd street promenade in Santa Monica. Located a few feet from the Santa Monica Pier, this promenade has the latest fashion stores (and of course our favorite the APPLE STORE). On any given day, you can find a few people playing instruments or singing and also the best salted cashews and frozen yogurt... I'm headed to church this morning and looking forward to lunch at this amazing italian bistro. I'll be sure to post my food review...

By far one of my favorite beaches in the US. It's so eclectic and diverse. Beautiful sands and water... Had an amazing brunch....

The city of Angels: Every time I visit LA I fall in love. I love the entertainment, fashion, food, scenery... just everything about LA. It is definitely on my list of places to live. The city has so much to offer for each person at every stage in your life. This weekend I hope to find some great eateries, meet some fun people, and enjoy the beach. Wish me luck....

Italy, Greece, Austria, UK, Switzerland, Sicily, Germany, Spain, Ireland, France, Bahamas, Canada - I traveled to all these places in my early 20's and I realized that these experiences helped shape who I am, how I view the world, and where I see my future. Once you expose yourself to the culture, literature, religion, fashion, and food of many countries your dreams and desires for yourself and the ones around you grow exponentially. I recently turned 26 and began a new journey of LIFE, LOVE, and SPIRITUALITY with my family and friends. These precious life moments needed to be documented.
